Privacy notice
Updated 22 October 2026
The contact form collects your name, email address and phone number to respond to your request. We also store a submission identifier, timestamps, a request hash and a keyed visitor hash for duplicate protection and abuse control. We do not store your raw IP address in the contact database.
This temporary website uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 storage and Turnstile verification. Cloudflare processes technical information needed for hosting and abuse prevention under its applicable terms. Contact data is not sent to the AVANTA application database, Founder Console or VPS.
Cookies and security checks
AVANTA does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or behavioural analytics to this website. Cloudflare provides hosting and anti-abuse protection; its security features may use cookies or similar browser technologies depending on configuration. Contact-form verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. See Cloudflare’s cookie information and the Turnstile privacy information for provider details.
Submitting does not send a WhatsApp message, connect an account or grant consent to unrelated marketing. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details or confidential files. This website does not accept file uploads.
Contact records expire after 90 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup, normally on the next hourly run. Limited technical abuse-control records expire sooner. Recovery history may retain deleted data temporarily; the Cloudflare D1 Free plan currently has a seven-day recovery window. A failed cleanup job can delay physical deletion and requires operator attention.
Contact records are viewed only by authorized account administrators, initially through the private Cloudflare dashboard. The public website provides no submissions-list or database-reading endpoint. Hosting-provider storage encryption is not end-to-end encryption.
For questions about your information, corrections or a deletion request, contact hello@avantasys.com. Please do not send identity documents or credentials with your initial request.
